We are updating our Violations Process to make it more consistent. Starting March 1st we will begin driving through Belfaire. Please see below with details as to the process. Fines Starting for Violation:
If you would like to report a Parking Code Violation please call 770.513.5700. This is a Non-Emergency Number to request an officer.
Below is criteria:
No person shall: Stand or park a vehicle, whether occupied or not, expect momentarily to pick up or discharge a passenger or passengers:
(A) In front of a public or private driveway;
(B) Within 15 fee of a fire hydrant;
(C) Within 20 feet of a crosswalk at an intersection;
(D) Within 30 feet upon the approach to any ... stop sign ... located at the side of a roadway;
Sec. 102-73. - Parking not to obstruct traffic
No person shall park any vehicle upon a street in such a manner or under such conditions as to leave available less than 10 feet of the width of the roadway for free movement of vehicular traffic.

To rent the pavilion a refundable security deposit is required to ensure that the resident cleans up after their event. The check will not be deposited unless the resident does not clean up or there is damage. Damage is the full responsibility of the resident that reserved the pavilion. To rent the pavilion please email email@example.com.
Please note that you cannot rent the pavilion on a holiday or Saturday and Sunday of a holiday weekend. Additionally, the pavilion cannot be rented the weekend of the pool opening or closing.
Please slow down as your drive through Belfaire.
Please park your car in your garage primarily, then drive way. It can become really dangerous for those driving through.
